Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is an authenticity claim.(For more information read Exceptions - Authenticity Claims) Once an item has been purchased, the sale is final.

Condition & Authenticity

Each bag is carefully inspected, authenticated, and photographed to ensure transparency. We provide detailed photos and descriptions for every item, including any signs of wear or imperfections. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review all images and product details before completing a purchase.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, we document every order before shipping. This includes:

• Photo & video evidence of each item’s condition before packaging.

• Photo evidence of the packing and shipping process to verify order accuracy.

This ensures that all items are shipped in the exact condition described on our website or sales platform. Any claims of damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be supported by our documented shipping records.

Exceptions – Authenticity Claims

We take authenticity very seriously and conduct a rigorous inspection process for every bag before it is listed for sale. Each item undergoes a diligent authentication procedure to ensure it meets our quality and authenticity standards.

In the rare event that a buyer believes an item is inauthentic, they must provide official documentation from a reputable third-party authenticator within 48 hours of receiving the item. If authentication issues are confirmed, we will work with the buyer on a resolution.
